Night at the Museum - Living History Project


Our classing is bringing history to life! We will be researching historical figures from the movie Night at the Museum and using that information to bring our classroom to life. This project will have the class researching the appropriate figures and developing a 2-3 minute speech that will be presented in a walking gallery throughout the classroom. In addition to the speech, you will also have to write a three paragraph essay with the information that you have researched. You will be given three days to complete this assignment in class. You will be graded on the work that you have completed at this time. You will be assigned a figure to research in your class.


Requirements:
1. Three paragraph essay
2. Two - Three minute speech

Items to include in your research

1. Date of birth and death
2. Where they lived
3. What they are famous for
4. Personality traits for that person
5. How their legacy has lived on
